Interested Parties Meeting
The initial interested parties meeting for this project was held on March 8, 2022 at the ARC (1701 W. Ash St.) from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. The meeting was an open house where concept plans of both intersection improvements and non-motorized improvements along Ash Street were available for residents to review. Staff was present to discuss with residents any comments, suggestions, and ideas they would like to be included along the Ash Street corridor. A public comment sheet was available at the the meeting.
Ash Street Walkthrough
Bartlett & West, along with City staff, will complete a walk-thru along Ash Street to meet with property owners with frontage on Ash Street. The walk-thru is scheduled for the afternoon of Tuesday, April 12th.
The walk-through will start at the corner of West Ash Street and Clinkscales Road at 1 p.m. and proceed east.
Ash Street Walkthrough
There will be a walkthrough with City staff along Ash Street beginning at 2:30 p.m. at the corner of Clinkscales Road and West Ash Street. All are welcome to attend.
Second Interested Parties Meeting
A second interested parties meeting will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the conference room at the ARC. At the meeting, City staff will share findings from the first interested parties meeting as well as from the Ash Street walk-through, and will present revised design concepts for the Ash Street improvement project.
