Consultation has concluded
The Columbia Regional Airport Board is preparing an Airport Master Plan to identify improvements to the Columbia Regional Airport.
An airport master plan is a comprehensive study of the airport which evaluates the short-, medium-, and long-term development needs to meet future aviation demands at Columbia Regional Airport (COU). The last Master Plan was completed in 2009.
Members of the public were invited to attend several open houses to learn more about the Columbia Regional Airport (COU) Master Plan.
The first open house session was Jan. 11 at Columbia Regional Airport, 11350 S. Airport Dr., from 3 - 5 p.m.
The second open house session was Jan. 11 at City Hall conference room 1A/1B, 701 E. Broadway. There were also virtual options for citizens to attend Jan. 11.
