The City of Columbia is hosting a series of town hall meetings designed to engage residents in the City’s budget process. These interactive events provide an opportunity for community members to learn about how the City develops its budget, ask questions and participate in activities that foster understanding and involvement. This month's townhall will provide an overview of how the City plans and manages the budget for capital improvement projects that span multiple years and multiple budget cycles.
