There will be a public hearing to discuss the proposed design of the Forum Boulevard improvement project at the City Council meeting Tuesday, April 16. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.

The Public Works department has scheduled an informal open house meeting concerning the Forum Boulevard improvement project. This meeting will be held Thursday, Nov. 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Forum Christian Church, 3900 Forum Blvd.

The meeting will be an open house-style meeting where citizens can walk through a series of displays describing the proposed improvements to the roadway and to bicycle and pedestrian facilities. Visitors can also review the results of the 2023 traffic study that recommended the upgrades. The upgrades are intended to improve safety, provide enhancements to the corridor and manage projected traffic growth for the next 20 years.
