Consultation has concluded

Improvements are planned at the Gans Creek Recreation Area, 3100 Gans Road. These include: construction of a medium shelter, playground, and four-mile natural surface trail with parking lot, on the northeast side of the park.

The project will be funded by the 2021 Park Sales Tax and a donation from the Frank W. Morris Memorial Trust.

A public input meeting will be held at the park (cross country shelter) Thursday, Aug. 24 from 5 to 7 p.m.
