The City of Columbia Public Works Department is developing plans for a roundabout at the intersection of East Green Meadows Road and East Nifong Boulevard. The project also includes major pavement and sidewalk maintenance along East Green Meadows Road and Veterans United Drive. Construction is currently scheduled to begin in summer 2028.
An informal open house meeting will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in Conference Room 1A of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway. City engineering staff will be available to share the design concepts, answer questions and hear feedback. A public comment form will also be available.
