The City of Columbia Solid Waste Utility will host a customer input open house to discuss the construction of a new Material Recycling Facility (MRF) building.

Attendees can arrive any time between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m., Oct. 7, at the Activities and Recreation Center, 1701 West Ash St. This is a "come and go" event with no formal presentation. At this event, the public will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with City staff and submit comments.

The Solid Waste Division will hold a public hearing concerning the construction of a pre-engineered metal building on the Material Recovery Facility site.
