The City of Columbia Public Works department has scheduled a second informal open house meeting concerning traffic calming on Spencer Avenue, which has been identified as a street with traffic operating at speeds higher than desirable. This meeting will be held Tuesday, Jan. 23, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Room C of the Activity and Recreation Center (ARC), 1701 W. Ash St.
