Town Hall 1: Budget Overview
Join our Staff for a fun, informative overview of our budget process. We will break down the different types of funds and how they can be used, give an overview of where City revenues come from and answer all of your budget-related questions.
This event will be held in Conference Room 1A/1B of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway, from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.

Town Hall 2: Budget Priorities
This Budget Townhall will explore how City staff and council members set the budget to reflect resident priorities. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a budget simulation exercise with fictional money and projects similar to those reflected in the City's budget.
This event will be held in Conference Room 1A/1B of City Hall, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Light refreshments will be provided.

Town Hall 3: Capital Improvement Projects
This presentation will focus on what Capital Improvement Projects are and how they impact the City’s fiscal plan. Capital Improvement Projects can take several years to complete, with fluctuating expenses each year. Join us to learn how our finance team navigates this and keeps our budget in balance.
This event will be held in Conference Room 1A/1B of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway, from 11:40 am to 1:30 pm, and again from 6-8 pm.
Town Hall 4: Proposed Budget
The final town hall sessions will be held Monday, Aug. 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. in Conference Rooms 1A/1B at City Hall, 701. E Broadway.
Public Hearing at City Council
Public comments will be heard during the City Council meeting. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 701 E. Broadway, and will begin at 7 pm.
