Lake of the Woods water main replacement

City of Columbia Water & Light appreciates everyone who came to our public meeting to discuss the proposed water main replacement on Lake of the Woods Road.

Water & Light proposes the replacement and upgrade of approximately 7,000 feet of pipe with a new 12-inch diameter water main. The existing main will be retired, and customers’ water services will be connected to the new main.

The proposed project will help ensure continuity of service to our customers and provide a more reliable source of water in the event of a fire.

The public's comments will be considered when this project is presented to the City Council.

Public comments will also be accepted on this page through June 1.
