The City of Columbia Water Utility would like to hear from residents regarding a proposed water tower to be constructed in southwest Columbia.
In order to continue providing reliable service to our customers, the Water Utility is proposing to construct a water tower on Beulah Ralph Elementary property near the end of Thornbrook Parkway. The proposed project would improve water distribution infrastructure and improve service for customers in the area.
The Water Utility has scheduled an open house-style public meeting to discuss the project. The meeting is scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19 in Conference Room 1A/1B at City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.
During the meeting, residents will have the opportunity to review preliminary concepts, ask questions, make comments and complete a public comment form.
Public comments or questions will be accepted on this page through Jan. 2.
