Strategic Plan update

The City's strategic plan is currently being updated. The strategic plan guides decisions, policies, programs and services throughout all departments. Following months of feedback from residents, community partner organizations, City staff and council members, our consultants (Berry Dunn) have prepared a draft that includes the mission, vision, values, and priority areas of the plan. We would like to share this with everyone for feedback before it goes to council for adoption. Please share your thoughts below before Sept. 30!
