After launching this vibrant hub in 2024, we're excited to explore what's next!

This space for local businesses was created with the help of ARPA funding. As those funds are now expended, it is time to take consider next steps and how this space can evolve and grow. Our community's input is essential in how we move forward. We are committed to honoring the historical heritage of The Sharp End and supporting local entrepeneurs. What does that look like, in your opinion? Please share your ideas and questions below.

Also join us for a community discussion at the Shops (500 E. Walnut St., Suite 109) on June 4. A reception with light refreshments will be held from 4:30-5pm. Our group discussion will begin at 5 pm. Our City Manager will be there, as will representatives from the Downtown Community Improvement District (CID), Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA), and Regional Economic Development Inc. (REDI). Together, we will explore what is working well, what could be better, and the community's vision for the future. Registration is not required, but would be appreciated, to ensure we have enough refreshments for everyone. RSVP here: https://forms.gle/ucAqvJgQna7Rae3K7

Members of the public may attend any open meeting. For requests for accommodations related to disability, please call 573.874.CITY (2489) or email City@CoMo.gov. In order to assist staff in making the appropriate arrangements for your accommodation, please make your request as far in advance of the posted meeting date as possible.
