BeHeard Implementation

The BeHeardCoMo website was implemented to help increase engagement and transparency with our residents. The City hopes to provide residents an additional way to have their voices heard, to help direct the future of Columbia.

The goals of BeHeardCoMo are:

• To promote engagement by providing a place for residents to learn about important ongoing projects and provide actionable input which will actively shape the course of those projects and conversations.
• To promote transparency by providing a central information repository and allowing residents an easy way to check the status of various items the City is working on.
• To allow those unable to attend in person meetings or work sessions a way to ensure their voice is heard.
