Construction workers begin pouring the concrete floor for the new Chemical Building. The building will house chlorine gas storage as well as feed rooms for chlorine, fluoride and liquid ammonium sulfate.
A crane lifts a piece of the clarifier out of Basin 3. The concrete will be repaired before new equipment is installed.
